PushingVid primarily provides references and embedded access to media hosted by independent third-party providers. In many cases, removing an embed or reference from PushingVid will not remove the underlying material from the third-party website that hosts it. We may request additional information where a notice does not contain enough information to identify the material or establish the complainant's authority. Because the underlying media may be hosted by an independent third party, copyright owners may also need to contact the originating host to have the underlying file removed from the internet. MISREPRESENTATION Please be aware that knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright complaint may result in liability under applicable law. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION Where legally applicable and appropriate, a party affected by removal may have the right to submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable copyright law. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT Where applicable to the nature and operation of the Service, PushingVid may take appropriate action concerning repeat infringement or repeated valid copyright complaints.
