REVIEW PROCESS After receiving a sufficiently detailed report, we may review the relevant listing, embedded content, metadata, and other available information. Depending on the circumstances, we may: • Disable or remove the relevant embed or listing. • Restrict access while a report is investigated. • Contact the relevant third-party content provider. • Preserve information where reasonably necessary for legal or security purposes. • Cooperate with competent authorities where required by law. • Take other appropriate action based on the nature of the report. THIRD-PARTY HOSTING PushingVid generally does not host the underlying video files displayed through third-party embedded players. Removal from PushingVid therefore may prevent access through our Service but may not remove the underlying media from the original hosting provider.
